How on earth do you contact Ebay customer service/ fraud team?

Hi all 
Sorry, posted in the wrong section originally
Looks like my Ebay account has been hacked and I need contact Ebay to discuss this.

I cant even sign in to look at my account as my password had been changed so I cannot report this through my account.
 I cannot seem to find any particular number to call for help and the one number I could find 0345 3553229 just rings off 

Luckily does not look like any money has disappeared from my bank or PayPal

Going around in circles here...can anyone please help!

Has anyone got a number for eBay which is open on Sundays and Mondays?
I just get an automated response telling me they are closed, and to call back during "Business Hours" - but it doesn't tell me what their business hours / days are.

Just go through the help and contact system, you don’t need to be logged in.

there is never a need to have access to your account to use the help pages to get contact details

I also had problems lengthy delay in receiving security code as did eleven others today who complained. 0800 358 6552 eventualy reached Ebay ...I hope it was them!
