Like a number of people , I have received notice from Premier park Ltd of a parking charge of £100 , for parking on double yellow lines out side Euro Car parts in Manor royal crawley.
We appealed, and of course it got rejected. We also made the mistake of giving the details of the person driving our vehicle. We have now been told we can take our appeal to POPLA
firstly has anyone got any advice on how we can win this appeal. and secondly has anyone succeeded in winning an appeal

People can win on a technicality , post 3 of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum lists the usual suspects for a driver based popla appeal
No landowner authority
Poor and inadequate signage
The BPA CoP
Etc
Dobbing in the driver doesn't matter if the claimant complied with POFA , so only matters for a keep if they failed POFA
POFA only really protects non driving keeper's , not drivers
So if the claimant has complied with POFA , that admission is a non issue
However you have done plan B and are contemplating plan C , but no mention of plan A
Plan A is always the best option , regardless4 -
Why was the car on DYL... were you loading/unloading?
Yes of course people win at POPLA but you won't, because POPLA don't understand what DYL mean.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
