Account on credit report still showing missed payments

Hi,
I have a vodafone account on my credit report which every month shows a missed payment since i applied for bankruptcy in september 2017. I have contacted vodafone and they have no idea about the account for which i have no details. I offered to pay the debt on the account and they said they cant take payment so im stuck as to what to do about it.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Dispute it via the CRAs. At least that way it will go to the right department.0
