Sure you have all the facts.  You cannot get furlough while you are in a notice period.  Therefore if you did not work your notice and this was agreed then you have no entitlement to anything. In this instance any furlough paid to you during your notice could be requested back.

I understood the company can’t claim furlough for you during a notice period and should pay you at 100%.

So if you’ve worked your notice you get 100%.

If you are on furlough whilst handing in your notice then I believe it’s down to your contract. But I’d expect 100%.

Which say it was 2 weeks, then they pay you that 2 weeks at full rate isn’t it?

The only reason they could have a right to claim back say would be if they’ve overpaid you.

    Probably not, no.
It's the employer, not the employee, which claims furlough funds. You were still an employee while you were furloughed and they paid you as such.
They can't claim from the government for your wages  during your notice period, so they can require you to work your notice, (assuming they are open) and have to pay you, or they can (subject to giving the right length of notice, or your agreeing) request that you use up any accrued holiday during your notice period.
All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)

And your outstanding holiday entitlement incl Bank holidays needs to be paid to you in full ie if you was working 40 hours per week then you should be paid the same not 80% x 40 hours, which is the Furlough rate.
