There's a big difference between those 2 so it has to be asked, does your child have behaviour issues because of a disability or just behaviour issues because they are just "naughty"

When my son was a child ( along time ago) he was terrible and it was extremely difficult for me to control him but i would never have even considered applying for DLA because those issues weren't caused from any disability.

  So would that mean a child with severe behavioural problems not associated with a disability or health condition not qualify?
