Thank-you. I see and acknowledge that Gladstones are scamming people. They and EPS have my current address and I've submitted a Subject Access Request.

The simple fact is the days of the Gladstones IPC/IAS are nearly over with the new code of practice and appeals service.

Right now, government have not woken up to the scam but the new appeals service will kill off the IAS and POPLA, the BPA version. 

Gladstones will just become another legal firm claiming fake amounts who get spanked in court

Gladstones did not bother to turn up again (such a rude bad habit). 
proudsonofduck was awarded £293.02 with the judge quoting Judge Grand's reasons being ABUSE OF PROCESS and adding ....
"Deliberate attempt to mislead the court"
"In contempt of court"
"Cut and paste witness statement with no attempt to address the defence"
