Morning, hugs if you need one. Gers, pleased to hear you mum had a better day. Snoozer, sorry to hear Steve is back in hospital, at least you will be able to visit.
So yesterday was a bit and bob day, not that there will much today. DB has an appointment to get his feet measured for new insoles at 2pm and then wants to go on to a shop in the town. The car was just over half full of fuel when we picked it up, so will fill it up today.
Its a funny sort of morning, sunshine, then clouds scudding over. DB says it will rain this afternoon. I have towels in the washer, will bring them in before we go out, just in case.
Just cooking a quiche for tonights supper with some salad.7 -
Snoozer - so sorry to read about Steve, I'm sure that he'll soon be fixed up and back at home. ❤Ruby - lovely that you spoke to Nels, it does help!Just after I posted things here went a bit wrong again but the district nurses are back sorting things out. Now that DM is on what's called 'gold standard palliative care' I have access to a 24 hour line for help with her.Now for the cleaner.11

Morning all, it's a better day than yesterday when the "shower" lasted from 1pm to 7pm and was quite heavyAnyway the bed has been stripped and the bedding is in the wm, I'll hang it out in a minute. I shall clean the bedroom and then re-make the bed later. I'm more of a big hips girl than belly, I'm spreading sideways 😲 Good news on the knives, I think. Hugs to all in need of one.
Thinking of Gers and her DM.
Walked up to friend's library on the wall and came back with 4 books. Also got 3 DVDs for grandchildren - well I hope they don't already have these - if so - it will be charity shop.
Still a chilly breeze.
