England/Scotland support bubble?

Am in a quandary here, we're in England, my sis is in Scotland and lives alone. Her mental health is not good and I really want to help she's been alone for so long. I'm reading about support bubbles and the way I read it we could be her support bubble and I could go get her and bring her here for a while. I can't see if it matters or not if we're not in the same country, does anyone know if we'd get in trouble or even how I could find out? Thanks

I am in a Wales/ England support bubble. Provided that your support bubble is allowed in both areas and travel between support bubbles is allowed I don’t see it as an issue. The guidelines say that support bubbles should be local where possible; sometimes it just isn’t possible.

Even if a support bubble weren't possible you can give support for health reasons.  Go get here and I hope it helps.
