Found out a Thames Water account on Credibble?

So last year I opened an account on Credible. Today I went to check it and found out they have a "Thames water" record on my name.
I doubled check on mse credit club, clearscore and credit karma, but credibble seem to be the only ones to have this account. Even if it looks paid etc, I never had any Thames water account under my name.
So I contacted them asking for information.
But I was wondering if I really need a credibble account? Or if I can just close it? They take information from Equifax, for which I already use clearscore. And what happens should I close this account?
Thanks

If you close the account, the account will be closed.
It will have no impact on the data reported to the CRAs.
Check the CRAs via their free channels, rather than sites like Credible.0 -
I wouldn't be paying someone £8 a month who says "Did you know that Lender don’t use credit scores?" and has an app that gives me a score and ways to "boost" it.0

Anyway, I just used it in their free version of course, I wouldn't pay them when I can see it for free with clear score0 -
