I have been approved for a grant under the Scottish energy scheme for spark panels. The installer has fitted different panels than agreed. The paperwork has not been completed which we need to have the grant released. The company called 2 hours after installation demanding payment. We have no commissioning or warranty paperwork completed. The company director has been very rude. The panels where installed 5 days ago and the company has now said he will contact a debt collector if we don’t pay. We are happy to pay when paperwork has been completed. Can anyone please provide advice? We are in Scotland v
