British Gas Homecare Gift Card

Has anyone else had difficulty getting their gift card from British Gas following signing up for a new policy? I signed up in September, still haven’t had the gift card. Have complained 2 weeks ago and just called again to be told could take 28 working days from my call 2 weeks ago to receive any sort of response and apparently no way to expedite.
Just wondering if others have had same issue.
