Unfortunately no such luck so far for this case - haven't heard anything so still assuming the hearing is going ahead next monday.

So still no word from HV to say they’ve dropped the case so court date is on Monday. Any advice would be appreciated.

Final hearing of one hour or more, or an interim 30 minute Directions hearing waste of time?

Small claims track hearing. Doesn’t say anything about timings, just that it’s been placed in a block list for hearing.

Ok so that's your final hearing, unless it gets pulled due to lack of availability of a Judge as they double book them.

Have you done all you needed to do, got the WS and evidence in and received theirs?

And emailed the court with your phone number this week, for this telephone hearing or is it by video conference?

Yes WS was filed last month after receiving HVs and haven’t heard anything since. It’s an in-person hearing (very clear on the letter that it’s not a telephone hearing), so haven’t contacted them this week. Have been trying to get through today to check it’s all still going ahead but have been on hold for 2 hours!
