Can't close dormant account - Lloyds keeping money

    I echo the formal complaint route. 
    Beyond a certain point, Lloyds won't keep the money. If it's a really really long term, the money is paid over to charity (after 15 years or so).

    Even after the 15 years, any cash that is yours should still be available for reclaiming. You just need to do it!
