    Great. Thanks for confirming. Something I have learned in the process of purchasing Solar Panels for our property.

    I assume it is better to buy than lease or I will I not get an option?

    If you pay for the panels,  you own them. ‘Rent a Roof’ schemes are where a third party fits the panels for free and the homeowner gets the benefit of the generated electricity. As FIT payments can no longer be claimed, I am pretty sure that ‘Rent a Roof’ schemes have died a natural death.
