TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN at MSE

Although Paragon Savings bank is offering the best easy access interest rate currently for joint account holders; I have tried for 6 days to get an answer from them via email if the above account can be operated on-line OR telephone at weekends?  I prefer written answers!  Given below is a copy of my email to PARAGON.......

As for your query, it's a bit odd. 
I'd have thought the quickest and easiest way to get the answer would be to try ringing their number at weekends and seeing if anyone replies.
