Silly question regarding how to use TV

Hi everyone,

Excuse me for stupid question but it has been a while since I had a proper TV.

In the old days I used to have a Sky box to go along with the tv but that was 10-15 years ago.

I've just bought a TV and I was wondering what different ways can I watch channels on it.

Can someone lay out the different options I could use to watch channels?

I'm off to do some Googling....

Yep - I have it but can't figure out where to plug it into.

Spoken to my mate and he said "just get a cheap Amazon TV firestick"

There was deal on a Roku premier for £10 with this TV that would have done the streaming services


Have you read the manual.

The aerial socket is on the side of the tv!

Read the manual to get it set up.

Plug aerial lead in, then run auto set up/auto-tune. It will then go away and find all the Freeview channels for you.

Internet connection for catchup . Plus if it has apps  You Tube lots of good stuff including films .
