I paid for something in October 2019.. the company said they will refund it back to my old card used to pay... but that card has been replaced with a new one ages ago.. will the refund still go through after all this time?? thanks

If it's a replacement card on the same account then that should be fine, but if it's a completely different product/provider then the refund is likely to be bounced back to the merchant....0

Correct, but in some instances even returning the money to the same provider, the provider may hold the funds rather than release to the refundee.eskbanker said:If it's a replacement card on the same account then that should be fine, but if it's a completely different product/provider then the refund is likely to be bounced back to the merchant....
If that happens, get your merchant to provide you an ARN which you can share with your bank to trace the refund and get the monies paid into your account.0
