Can I upload files on to my online UC journal?

I need to send some files relating to the possible overpayment of service charges as part of my UC claim, but I don't see any way of uploading any files on my online UC account. I also don't have any email addresses for my case manager (have previously requested this).
It's very frustrating as these files prove how much should be paid back & would allow my case to be resolved & payment (which has been stopped) can be made at the correct amount.
Surely it's not too difficult technology wise at their end to allow files to be uploaded. I can upload my CV on Find A Job for instance.

Just give them a few more hours; they have to give you a link for uploading.
I remember last time on claiming I had to get given a link to do uploads on the journal. (was time restricted too)
My local job centre are all working from home and often I have been getting more weekend messages then anything.
Don't wish for the to modern thing just yet, can you imagine if you have to do zoom interviews with the JCP! far prefer telephone interviews with face to face not being available right now, got to say.
Hope you get the leasehold service charge issue sorted in your favour.

That's what the guy on the UC Helpline said about uploads.
Regarding my service charge query, I don't think I can challenge the actual overpayment itself, business insurance shouldn't have been included in the money paid to me, despite my original claim being approved back in 2018 & I definitely sent a breakdown of the 2017/18 service charges. And it's taken 3yrs to bring it up.
All I can do is make sure I get a suitable repayment plan agreed as it could be £700+ I owe, as I've claimed since 2018.
Best thing is I get a job that will cover all my outgoings comfortably!!

You will need to request on your journal that you would like to provide/upload some evidence. Your case manager or work coach will then create a task in your todo list allowing you to attach and upload the files. Generally, they do not like people uploading stuff unless absolutely necessary hence it is by request only. It is deliberately done this way to protect the service, rather than any technological barrier.
