just received an email from packlink saying the parcel i sent a month ago was oversized
and they want to bill me the extra for it (was send with dhl)
i want to disagree with it but to do that they say i have to provide photos and weight of the parcel which as its gone i don't have
how can i dispute it as i am sure i am right
