packlink additional charge

just received an email from packlink saying the parcel i sent a month ago was oversized
and they want to bill me the extra for it (was send with dhl)

i want to disagree with it but to do that they say i have to provide photos and weight of the parcel which as its gone i don't have

how can i dispute it as i am sure i am right

Do they have any method to take payment?


If not ask them for proof it was oversized and then ignore.

Reply to their email stating that you do not agree with the charge. You have not given them permission to take any payment from your account and if they do you will dispute it with your bank.

They will reply that they won't charge you. They are trying it on.
