Love2shop website down “for maintenance”

It seems that this has been a big problem recently, where the Love2shop website was supposedly down for maintenance over the weekend, without any warning and they said it would be working again on Monday. Funnily enough, its still not working. I went on to check the balance of the gift cards that we have, as we have about £80 worth to spend but can’t access anything.
So I looked on Trustpilot reviews and there were plenty of negative reviews from the whole weekend of people being unable to pay for their shopping and other items because of the website not working. 
There are now people asking if Love2shop/Highstreet Vouchers are going bust.

Yeah well I can understand why since they're connected in some way to Park Hampers.

There's something not quite right about this.

They're definitely working now.  Just logged in to try and change some of my giftcards for Tesco cards.
Unfortunately, Tesco doesn't seem to be listed at present, though plenty of other choices.

I think you're getting confused with Farepak - Park are fine, my family have used them for donkeys years.
