Fake Royal Mail Message - Scam Warning
Options

Be alert : there is a fake royal mail text message doing the rounds saying you have a parcel awaiting delivery but there is a £1.99 charge to release it. DO NOT reply to the message because it's nothing to do with royal mail and instead is fishing for bank details. Block the number and keep your cash safe. The message appears as below and comes from many numbers.

And cold texts can be from any sort of (fake) institution.I would never click on a link in a text or email for something like this.0

I've had two of those recently. What bothers me is that I was expecting a delivery on both occasions. Has some system been hacked?Member #14 of SKI-ers club
