Could you re-route the sink waste to run along the wall, then along behind the bath panel to angle down into the waste near where the bath waste pipe joins it?  Again not ideal, but the only way I can see to give you a consistent fall.

This makes no sense as the as the pipe goes from the bath down ( top to bottom the 1st photo; letf to right the 2nd). The pipe near the bath can be only higher and the route to this point is longer.

I didn't read all the comments, but I don't understand why the basin grey waste pipe (1st photo on the left) can't be lifted up to make the white pipe at least horizontal.

I agree its not elegant, but despite the length of pipe-run you have sufficient height for a constant drop if you start at sink-trap level and work along the wall and down behind the bath panel to join the bath waste rather than going vertically down below the floor, then up to join the waste pipe.

But unless there is a very good reason why the sink needs to be on that wall, I'd put it back across the room where it belongs!

Thanks for the ideas. Didn’t think of possibly running the waste along the wall.
A window is the reason the sink really has to stay on that wall. Leaves the possibility of putting a mirror or cabinet up.
The area with the vertical white pipe and hot feed had a bidet there although the drain wasn’t connected. There was a tank fed cold pipe too which I’ve removed.
    Everything else is on mains.

I couldn’t think what else I could use the bidet connections for so I’m capping them off and concealing them.
It’s a spare space. Maybe a cabinet could go there as I just need bath, electric shower, sink and loo.

Nothing wrong with a sink below a window!   ...but it's your house! :)

Thanks. Have been reading about those. Good idea.
I don’t know if there’s a correct position for the sink. Maybe it was over by the window with a more direct waste route.
The four piece matching suite did look as though it had been there a long time.

I can get the sink waste pipe level at least so will probably go with keeping it where the old one was.
The extending mirror would be good if there was no option other than under the window.

Thanks. Been a while but project is still ongoing. At least I’ve got the cast iron bath out now.
That pipe route suggestion may be the way to go. It really is limiting for any fall on the pipe having it under the floorboards.

I may also turn the bath around to have taps at shower end then the sink waste pipe will have fall and a shorter run.
Piping would then be above the floor. Just hope to get sufficient fall under the bath and right round to the soil pipe.
I’ll probably get a plumber to take a look but useful to have an idea.
