BT Home Hub Resetting when playing TF2

I recently moved to BT so that I could play online games, something that I couldn't previously do on Virgin ADSL due to the high pings. It's fine for most things except Team Fortress 2. Almost every time I try to connect to a server, the hub resets. When I can play, it's great but it's a bit of a faff and putting me off TF2 online.
Anyone else see this problem? If not, who do I contact at BT to try to chase it?
Thanks

Have you got the latest Steam version installed?0

Thanks for the reply.
Just checked and yes I do. Every now and then it seems to update itself. I also let most of the games update themselves as and when they require it.
I'm a bit dubious about how good the hub is as a router and wonder if I should install another somewhere. Only problem is I quite like the VOIP phone on the hub.Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0 -
