East facing garden??

Our garden which is on the side of our house is east facing. We get full sun on it all morning. The patio which is on the side of the house gets full sun until 2pm, the sun gradually works its way up the garden until it is gone at 5pm at this time of year.
The front of our house is south facing.
To be honest the house gets too hot. But that will depend on the layout of the house. We are glad of the evening shade!1 -
Mine's east facing. We get the sun very early on the patio outside the back doors. We have a second patio at the bottom of the garden where we mainly sit. It's not a big garden. In spring, we get sun there until the afternoon as the roof blocks it, but in summer it stays at the end of the garden until very late.
As above, depends what's around.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
