Has anybody had weekly emails from MSE stopped??

Hi all, my weekly emails have stopped but when l put my email address it just says I'm already registered. I'm not very savvy with anything technical, and l really don't want to have a new email address. Any help would be appreciated.

Already checked but I've had a reply from there helpline,their techies are looking into it

Hi, I've had a reply from MSE and their techies are looking into it. Apparently months ago my email "bounced back" but subscription is still held.
