Natwest first saver help

I opened two first saver accounts in my children’s names. 

Was told I could view them automatically on the app but once accounts open told that’s not possible but I could register them for online banking so tried that but was stopped as they’re under 11. 

This account has no debit card so how do I keep track and manage their accounts? I can pay in using bank transfer as I have the account numbers etc but how do I check the balance don’t really fancy going to a branch just for that

Thank yes I wanted their accounts with natwest as I’m with them and was told I’d see them on my app but I can’t

I opened up three first savers for my girls and all three are showing on my online banking.  Have you had confirmation the accounts are open. When I opened them online I was sent three separate emails asking to confirm my kids identify by taking a photo of their birth certificates.
