Blinds direct

Ok hopefully someone can help. We ordered some blinds from blinds direct 3 weeks ago. They have been sent via courier xpd they have had the blinds near 2 weeks. So I called blinds direct and they said the item is sent from a different supplier direct. A company called lfs I got a message from them about delivery but nothing has came. Blinds direct have said we can’t have money back at all, they don’t know where the blinds are.. and we even paid a extra fee for if the blinds didn’t fit we get new ones. Does anyone know who lfs is so I can contact them apparently blinds direct said it’s a Irish company. 
Where do we stand as they said we can’t get a refund at all even if they don’t turn up as they are made to measure.. I used them because they Have a good rating on trust pilot.. definitely won’t use them again.. thanks guys..

  • You’ve ordered and paid for the blinds from blinds direct, they are the only company you should be dealing with.

    I suspect you are going to end up reclaiming on your credit card as you haven’t received the goods you paid for.
