Sunny but chilly here.
Walked round to The Salvation Army hall to hand over a crochet poncho.
Did a lot of walking yesterday so no more exercise planned for today.

Ages since I posted but do read every day. The cancer is stable but I had a fall and fractured a lumbar vertebra, cannot tell you how painful it has been. I prescribed oramorph at first but am now down to less strong painkillers. It was my birthday last week so both my sons visited with children for a garden picnic which I really enjoyed but absolutely shattered today. will keep in touch.9
