I am looking to buy a 2 year old flat in Aylesham in Kent near Canterbury.
I believe it was built by Barratts in 2019.
I don't know the area very well and was wondering if anyone knows the area and can give me some insight into what it is like living there.

Ex mining village. Used to have a pretty bad reputation, however seems to have turned that around now.Got it's own station, about 10 minutes away from Canterbury.0

Thank you. Noticed on Rightmove, a lot of new builds still with a few good years NHBC warranty on them sold or being sold in Aylesham. Wonder why. Considering it is a very young development - Barratts and Persimmon the main builders in the village.0
