Dro help

My wife had a dro that finished  2 years ago everything fine finished after 12 months now suddenly crapquest have been sending letters and constantly phoning about an argos debt from 2011 that was on the dro the problem is my wife has lost all the paperwork and dro number and we don't know how to get a copy to send to crapquest  any help would be greatly received

If your wife emails DRO.unit @ insolvency.gov.uk (without the spaces) with her name, NI number, address at the time of the DRO and address now if different, they'll be able to look up the details, or you could just send an email and wait until they reply before providing security details

I emailed them when my DRO ended and they replied same day, so hopefully you'll get a quick response
