That you everyone to be honest it is what I was expecting but it was worth a shot. I will look through the links, but we don't really have any evidence. The EA has said things over the phone that make us think he has known all along but never put anything in writing. I think we are just going to have to cut our losses rent for a year and then cautiously try again. We are fortunate to be able to stay with our in laws but unfortunately it is a very unsuitable setup with a newborn and so can't spend months going through the buying process again.
Really appreciate everyone's advice.0 -
Technically it was chain free as the seller wasn't selling anything...
But with 6 months eviction notice due to Covid then unless you LOVE this property I would be looking to find something else.
As you have already spent the money then no point pulling out yet. You could get revenge by pulling out later. Or give the owner 28 days to exchange before you pull your offer?
Babies don't take up too much space so at least you are saving money at your inlaws...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
