EDF meter reading

I was a Green Network Energy customer who has been switched to EDF and now have to give a meter reading. I have day and off peak electricity and want to enter my meter readings correctly in the new account. Can anyone confirm which reading comes first with EDF day or off peak? My own meter is in the order LOW, then NORMAL but I recall that some providers collect information the other way round. This is confusing not least as my numbers are now very similar for both (so it may matter in the future more than now).
Thanks

I have just switched to EDF this week but my parents used to be with them on E7 previously, This guide explains which way around the readings go, i.e. Low first (001) then Normal (002). If you are still unsure, contact EDF.To rule out any errors you could also submit a photo of your readings using the EDF app

If you got an email from EDF and it's the same as mine, it looks like they want the reading to send to GNE so I would do the same as you normally do. Also found this on EDF0

Meters vary. If you state your meter model, someone may explain better, but a quick way to see is to switch on something like an electric kettle and then see which meter reading increases. If done during the day, that is your daytime rate reading.

Thanks both. I know which is which on my meter as it says 'LOW' and 'NORMAL'. I just need to know the order of the EDF entries and whether they are the same. Looking at the screenshot above, it does appear that EDF do expect that order (as per their example). I did keep a note and bill from previous reading but that doesn't really help.
I'm going to go on the assumption that LOW before NORMAL is what they are expecting and do it that way. If the bill comes back the other way round I'll have to change it next time round.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -
