One off Tax Credits payment not received

Hi, I am currently on tax credits although I haven’t received a payment for some time as I was told I was ‘overpaid’ a couple of years ago so  the monthly payment is being held back until that overpayment has been collected back (around £300).
However I am still registered for tax credits and have a Help to Save account. I am a single parent and don’t qualify for WTC as far as I know.
Should I have received the one off payment
of £500?

You would only qualify if you're entitled to WTC but don't receive it because your income is too high. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-one-off-500-payment-for-working-households-receiving-tax-credits

If you are NOT eligible for Working Tax Credit you don't qualify.

I don’t receive WTC because my income is too high, but I do receive a small amount of CTC.

    According to your link

You may get a one-off, tax-free payment of £500 if, on 2 March 2021, you were getting either:

    • Working Tax Credit
    • Child Tax Credit and were eligible for Working Tax Credit but you did not get a payment because your income is too high to get Working Tax Credit payments

You should be eligible then, payments are supposed to have been made by now.
