My neighbours' insurance company claim that my shrubs caused subsidence of his extension

    Thank you all. The situation is in the hands of my buildings insurer at the moment. I would be unhappy to lose all my shrubs. During the lockdown I enjoyed sitting on my sofa and looking through the french windows at the birds in them, identifying the species with the Collins Book of British Birds. I had never heard of dunnocks, black caps and redstarts before! On the other hand, I have lived on very friendly terms with my neighbours for 17 years and sympathise with their problems with their extension. I shall let you know how things move on.
