Beef Wellington Recipe Needed Pls!

I've used rump and sirloin to make beef wellingtons before and it turned out fine (very nice in fact). However I fried the steak for a few mins and let it cool before wrapping it in pastry etc. Only downside is the meat will be fully cooked rather than pink, though that depends on how you like your beef. Oh, the other thing is I have only made individual beef wellingtons, not one huge one for slicing up.I like to live in cloud cuckoo land :hello:0
