I got confirmation as soon as I clicked confirm , I have printed that confirmation page and number for my tax file. Hello, I am confused about whether its ok for me to apply for the fourth grant. I am self employed and earn gross profit less than 50k. During the grant 4 period and continuing, I have not had a decline in work. However, due to working remote rather than face to face my fee has reduced and so I am not earning as much - around £500 less per month. Secondly, due to lockdown I have been suffering from Depression during this period and have been working less. Do both of these reasons count as being eligible to claim?0

You have to meet all the criteria. See:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/claim-a-grant-through-the-coronavirus-covid-19-self-employment-income-support-scheme
It would seem that both depression and reduced fees from working remotely are attributable to coronavirus, so you have a reduction because of coronavirus. Only you can judge whether it is significant.
