Hi just to update we have spoken to our insurance company and their solicitor has given us advice on what we should do next. The solicitor is pleased that we have put in writting to the roofer our concerns and comments about our meeting with them. The solicitor is happy to support us going forward should it be necessary. Thank you all for your help.
