I bought tickets for my son and his family for discovery cove. He was going in April 2020 but as covid happened it was cancelled. I checked at the time. That we were able to transfer the tickets they said yes. The was from Orlando tickets agency. My son has now rebooked their holiday for October 2022. I contacted the agency to arrange the new dates and tickets. They want an extra £25 on top of the £1600 I have already paid. Is this right can they request this. I know its not much but its the principle.

You could check on any T&Cs issued by the agency. If it's just one £25 and not a £25 for everyone, then I guess it's not unreasonable. But check first to see if that's the usual policy. I don't think it would be reasonable for them to charge and then blame coronavirus because everyone is suffering because of that! Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Is the difference in the gate admission price? Perhaps not unreasonable on an original 2020 reservation rebooking for two and a half years later.1

For sake of £25 I wouldn’t want the stress of fighting my case on principle tbh. I think they would be entitled to an admin fee. Fingers crossed the rearranged holiday goes ahead as planned.1

It's well under 2 years worth of inflation, so sounds a good deal to me1
