Best low cost share dealing service (not ISA or CFD trading)

Have a few shares in different AIM + FTSE companies which are held currently with IG.com. However i don't trade very often so seem to be spending more on inactivity / management fees at around £100 / year. Therefore i'm looking for something cheaper with no ongoing costs and low trading charges It just needs to be a standard share dealing account, not an ISA, no overseas trading, ETF's, or CFD's trading needed.
I can transfer away for free, but just not sure where to go to despite trying to do a fair amount of my own research
- Freetrade / Trading 212 dont allow transfers unless in an ISA otherwise would be ok for me,
- Etoro seems to convert everything to dollars which doesn't appeal
- Iweb might work, but i don't want to shell out £100 joining fee if i don't have to. But trading price of £5 seems ok
- Most of the main dealing companies are aimed at people who trade far more than i ever will, so don't appeal
- x-o ?
- Fineco - Low transaction charges and can transfer in for free
is there anyone obvious that i should be looking at who i can transfer in to for free, with no ongoing charges and low transaction fees? Or do i do that and sell everything, then use someone like Freetrade / Trading 212?
Any help appreciated

Of the above, Jarvis's execution only service at http://www.x-o.co.uk would do what you want - relatively low cost for trades, no ongoing fees, covers standard London stock exchange stuff (including AIM), should be able to transfer-in in specie without selling up to cash first.0
