                    Following the MSE advice I switched a current account to Virgin Money in early February. I complied with all the conditions, investing money, switching two direct debits, downloading the app etc but have not received the code for the free case of wine or any explanation as to why not. I have been on their live chat, several times, telephoned likewise and sent an email. I have been told that another team will get back to me but they never do.
Has anyone else had a similar experience or has anyone actually received their wine?

            Lots of us have received the wine so it definitely is valid. If you complied with the conditions then chase them up but you should get the code a week or so after the switch happens. What account did you switch?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
