Gardeners World Mag Subscription Contact
Hello all,
trying to help my mum out, we're NI based and as a result her 20years+ subscription means nothing and they've decided not to send her the seeds everyone else has been getting. A friend of hers had this addressed by complaining over the phone but seems this was the result of a switchboard mess up and she just got lucky.
My mum has emailed two addresses available via the main website, the best she has got in months is an automated response. I'm hoping I can get her the free seeds she's due.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

This is the problem https://www.gardenforum.co.uk/headlines/why-cant-garden-centres-in-ni-buy-plants-seeds-from-gb/#:~:text=As it stands,Northern Ireland and the EU.
As it stands. No plant may be sent from the UK to Northern Ireland and the EU if it contains soil or has been grown in contact with soil. Plants and seeds require a phytosanitary certificate, which is lengthy and bureaucratic process, before being allowed into Northern Ireland and the EU.

Northern Ireland is not part of UK for customs. Due to the NI protocol it is in the EU for trade.0
