Equifax credit score missing lots of information

Hi all,
Having recently been rejected by John Lewis to take out a 0% interest credit plan on an iPhone, I downloaded ClearScore to have a look at my credit score and report that had been supplied by equifax to John Lewis.
Now it is worth noting that I already have an Experian credit expert account, which I check regularly, where I have a score of about 840/999 in the “fair band”. I have credit history in the form of my car finance loan and car insurance loan for the past two years with no missing or late payments, which is written on my Experian credit report alongside information on my overdraft and past phone contract.
However when checking my equifax credit report through clearscore, my score is poor and below average, and nowhere on my report does it provide any information on my credit history. It states that I have no credit accounts and no history of making payments. The only information it has on me is my address and the fact I am on the electoral roll.
How do I go about rectifying this? I read online that missing information could be for a number of reasons such as the lender not supplying information to all CRAs, but the fact there is so much missing information is concerning me and is clearly affecting my ability to take out credit.
Any help is really appreciated!
Thanks so much

Not all financial institutions report to all CRAs.
Contact each company you have finance with and ask them which CRA they report to.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
And ignore the score. Lenders don't see it.0
