Kent Reliance Mortgage

I am going through a mortgage application with Kent Reliance. My apartment has been ready to move into since the 19th February and Kent Reliance got instructed to proceed as they were waiting for a fire safety form to complete our mortgage offer. It is now the 21st April and I am still waiting for my mortgage offer. I was told 5 working day they needed to review and complete offer. Can someone tell me if this is normal or share their experience with Kent Reliance?

@claire0201 Are they waiting on an EWS1 form from the builder/freeholder or have they received it? It is normal for it to take a while to review and confirm that it meets their requirements. There's a helpful KR thread here as well https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6160915/kent-reliance
