    Interesting as it is, none of the information about company structure, useless boss etc is relevant to what holiday pay you may be entitled to.  You'll have to get that info from the management.
    One wonders sometimes whether the following scenario plays out regularly across the nation:

    "Hello, are you an accountant?"

    "Yes, I am an accountant."

    "Good, I would like some information on my tax liability for this year please."

    "Certainly, just give me the salient facts."

    "My boss is an incompetent !!!!!! and everybody is trying to undermine me."

    "That's...not really the important information."

    "Well, it is important to me!"
