Misfitmasks Refusal to Refund - What Are My Rights?

Hi,
I along with several others are fighting for a refund from a company called Misfitmasks, who produce (and claim) that their masks DO NOT fog up your glasses when you use the mask.
The above statement is incorrect.
1. The mask STILL fogs up my glasses
2. The masks do not fit correctly.
Due to the above, I have been TRYING to get a full refund from them but they are simply not budging and ignoring me now, what can I do?
Anyone know someone high up within this useless company?
