Vauxhall refusing to refund payment for Road Safety Alerts

Hi Guys - I hope you can help - I bought an Electric Corsa in Sep 2020 and paid £139 for 3 years Road Safety Alerts on the inbuilt SatNav - Unfortunately the car broke down twice in the first month so I rejected the car and handed it back. I decided to buy a Petrol Corsa instead and as they couldn't transfer the Road Safety Alerts I bought them again at a special offer they had on of £89. They refused to download to the sat nav and a month later (Dec) Vauxhall advised me that the model I had (Elite Nav) was not compatible so I couldn't have the Road Safety Alerts. They are refusing to refund me for either purchase
The second one I'm ok fighting but the first one - Do I have the right to claim back extras I bought from Vauxhall if I rejected the car (which you legally can do within the first month) - I don't want to take them to small claims if I don't have a case. Thanks in advance

Hi pphillips -Sorry only just seen your reply - I cant access the Terms because they were in the App and Ive sold the car now - just as an update through Resolver I've now taken this up with the Motor Ombudsman1

I had a problem with Vauxhall and went through the Motor Ombudsman and it took them almost one year to reach their decision. This was also pre Covid times.
