Diono lack of customer service

So I ordered a booster seat from their website and it took 2 weeks after lots of chasing and being ignored. When it arrived its faulty, all the stitching is coming undone £140 is not a cheap seat. They are completely ignoring me, they only seem to have a form on their website for contact and just based in the US, what can I do?

    Weren't you aware they were a US company?
    The prices on their website are in US $.

    All you can do is communicate with them to try and get a resolution.  You don't have UK consumer rights in this instance.  Did you pay on credit card?

    They are a US company but they do have a UK website with prices in £ and a warehouse in Manchester.

    I’ve found them responsive to tickets in the past, have you raised one?
