If you aren't logged in you can't see the avatars its only when you sign in that you see them, I can see your little cutey!0

How come some people have animated avatars?.
All of my avatars I've used in the past are animated but always show up as static on the forums. Is it me or do you have to ask permission?.Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind.
