Panel fencing quote

Parents have had a quote for 8 panels to be replaced in the garden with posts, gravel boards, a wooden gate and locks. All this coming in at £1500 installed.
Does that sound like a reasonable quote or is it on the expensive side? The panels will be featherboard and it would be concrete post.

We just paid about £2300 for 16 x 6ft tanalised feather edge panels with 2x 1ft gravel boards on each. Litecast concrete posts as they're easier to fit.
The man fitting them isn't VAT registered, I bought the materials because I am!

So that would be about £1150 for an 8 panel setup. Maybe another £200 for a gate+lock/fittings. So that's £1350. £1500 isn't a million miles out in that case.
