Kitchen-Replacing unwanted built-in appliance with cupboard.

Ok,
Strange one. We have just moved into a house and the kitchen has both a free standing gas/electric 90cm range and a built under counter single oven with a halogen hob in the counter above. The existing worktop is black granite and sparkly?
The hob has a crack, and I don' t see the point of 3 ovens.
The kitchen has solid wooden doors, so not MDF - but I have no idea of the manufacturer.
If I remove the hob and oven what can I do to fill the gaps.
For hob I was thinking about replacing that section of worktop - there is a join about 30cm just to the left of it so if I got a 90cm section I'd just be adding one more join, or perhaps just getting something like a black glass insert made for the the worktop the same size as the hob - and calling it a safe area for hot pots!
For the oven I would like to replace it with more drawers, but even if I could match the manufacturer then the replacement fronts would look odd as brand new, the other other suggestion I've had is a wine fridge so the door does not need to match.
Has anyone else any ideas?

OK - I've had a suggestion for the worktop - fill the hole with plywood then put a Stainless Steel worktop Saver Chopping Board on top.0

I'm sure there are companies that will custom make a door but probably not cheap, so a fridge or even large wine rack etc might look better0

So . . . you're planning to just keep the range, which has two ovens and hob in it, is that right? And then you want to fill the gaps where the third oven and hob are? I'm asking because at first it sounded like you'd have one oven (the range) and no hob at all.
To answer your question, we'd need to know if there are any other items that you don't already have in your kitchen? For me, it'd be a dishwasher to fill the space where the oven/hob is. A wine fridge would be nice, too. A pantry is very in right now and I find you can never have too much storage space.0
